At CustomizeIt, we ensure safe and timely delivery of all our products across India. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are custom-made and require processing time.
• Processing & Printing Time: 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
• Express Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days (additional charges apply).
• Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges & Discounts

• Orders below ₹749: ₹100 shipping charge applies.
• Orders ₹749 & above: Free shipping across India.
• Prepaid Order Discount: 10% OFF on all prepaid orders (automatically applied at checkout).

4. Delivery Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking link.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, two more attempts will be made.
• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-shipping will require an additional fee.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, contact us at Support@customizeit.in with your order ID.
• In case of lost shipments, we will initiate a replacement or full refund after verifying with the courier.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.

8. Business Information

CustomizeIt is a trade name under MR Industry (GST registered). All shipments, processing, and logistics are managed by MR Industry.
