Yes! We offer 10% OFF on all prepaid orders (discount automatically applied at checkout). COD orders do not qualify for this discount.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking link.

❌ Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
✅ If the order is canceled before production starts, we may provide a full refund.

We only accept returns/replacements in case of:

• Damaged products upon delivery

• Printing errors different from the approved design

• Wrong model, color, or design sent

Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹1,999. Orders above this amount must be prepaid.

Since all products are custom-made, we follow a No Return & No Refund policy, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. If a return is approved, we may offer:
✔️ Replacement of the same product.
✔️ Full refund if a replacement is not possible.
