1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
• Wallet Payments (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for orders up to ₹1,999)

2. Prepaid Order Discount

• 10% discount is applicable on all prepaid orders (automatically applied at checkout).
• COD orders are not eligible for this discount.

3. Payment Security

• All transactions on our website are encrypted and secured for your safety.
• We do not store any payment details. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

4. Payment Confirmation

• After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
• If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available for orders up to ₹1,999.
• Orders above ₹1,999 require prepaid payment.
• If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

• If your payment fails, please check your bank balance, card details, or UPI app and try again.
• For repeated failures, contact your bank or payment provider.
• If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us for verification.

7. Refunds for Payment Issues

• If any extra amount is deducted due to a payment gateway issue, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Business Information

CustomizeIt is a trade name under MR Industry (GST registered). All payments, processing, and refunds are managed by MR Industry.
