Can I customize my mobile cover?

Yes! We offer two customization options:
✅ Upload Your Design – You can upload your own design, and we will print it exactly as provided.
✅ Pre-Designed Templates – Choose from our templates and personalize with your name, text, or details.

What are the shipping charges?

🚚 Orders below ₹749: ₹100 shipping charge.
🚚 Orders ₹749 & above: Free shipping across India.

How long does delivery take?

📦 Processing & Printing: 1-3 business days.
🚚 Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.
⚡ Express Delivery (if available): 2-4 business days (extra charges apply).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking link.

Can I cancel my order?

❌ Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
✅ If the order is canceled before production starts, we may provide a full refund.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We only accept returns/replacements in case of:

Damaged products upon delivery
Printing errors different from the approved design
Wrong model, color, or design sent

📢 Important:
✅ You must email us within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹1,999. Orders above this amount must be prepaid.

What is your return & refund policy?

Since all products are custom-made, we follow a No Return & No Refund policy, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. If a return is approved, we may offer:
✔️ Replacement of the same product.
✔️ Full refund if a replacement is not possible.
