Refund & Return Policy

At CustomizeIt, we strive to deliver high-quality customized products. Since each product is made-to-order, we have a strict No Return & No Refund policy, except in cases of defects or damage. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product has a printing error that is different from the approved design.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong model, color, or design).

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Incorrect design uploaded by the customer.
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product over time.

2. How to Request a Return for a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at Support@customizeit.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach a clear unboxing video showing the damage/defect along with the product and packaging.
  • Ensure the video starts from the sealed package being opened to prove the issue was present upon arrival.
  • Also, attach clear images of the defect/damage for verification.
  • Mention your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: Our Team Will Review Your Request

  • We will verify the unboxing video and images within 2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Step 3: Return the Product (If Required)

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • We may arrange a return pickup or ask you to dispose of the item (based on location and damage).

Step 4: Get a Replacement or Refund

  • A replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a store credit or Full refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for custom products. However, in rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we may offer:

  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Full refund at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
  • If an order is canceled before production starts, a Full refund may be considered.

5. Business Information

CustomizeIt is a trade name under MR Industry (GST registered). All refunds, replacements, and customer support services are managed by MR Industry.
