• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Product Customization

• Customers can upload their own designs or personalize pre-designed templates.
• You must own the rights to any images you upload. We do not allow copyrighted/trademarked content (e.g., movie characters, brand logos).
• We may reject orders with inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

3. Order Placement & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if production has started.
• If you made an error in your order, contact us immediately at Support@customizeit.in.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• If a payment fails, please retry or contact your bank.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged/defective product, report it within 48 hours with photos at Support@customizeit.in.
• Approved replacements will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Our mobile covers are designed for protection but do not guarantee full damage prevention.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including templates and designs, belongs to CustomizeIt.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts in Yamunanagar, Haryana

10. Legal Entity & Compliance

• CustomizeIt operates under the MR Industry (GST registered).
• All transactions, policies, and services on this website are managed and operated under MR Industry.
